What application advice would you give for students coming from a non-Ivy University?
Hi! I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Food Business Management and am interested in applying for the Business Consulting 2019 Graduate Scheme!
Im worried about the 1st stage of the application process as I don't come from an Ivy university (Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, UCL, etc) - does coming from an Ivy league university give you a better chance of getting through the 1st stage of the application process?
and what advice would you give to students (from non-ivy universities) whose interested in applying for consulting ?

Does EY consider for people who are making a career change at age above 35 coming from a less developed country?
EY is highly admired for its inclusive culture. But nowhere I have found its policy for people who are making a career change at a much older age especially when they are new to UK? Such people have to start as a graduate at EY. Does EY consider that this person has worked in a different work environment for over a decade and although he might not be as good in communicating as the other candidates who are much younger and who have spent much more time in UK , he still brings a lot of diverse ideas and strong work values with him? Secondly from my research on EY, international students who have come to UK on a 1 year Masters program are at a disadvantage as they cannot apply for summer internships or any other shorter programs at EY. Such internships are great opportunities to polish them as per culture of EY and UK and hence they lose an opportunity to perform better for the EY application at the later stage? International students are at a disadvantage as they do not have much time to apply because their visa expires soon.

Hello, with the recent pandemic and talks in the news about the Uk possibly facing recession
To whom this may concern, I hope you are well , with the recent pandemic and talks in the news about the Uk possibly facing recession. Would there be any possible down sizing that the company might face in the coming future- as mechanism to try and cope. If so, would there be particular consultancy sector within the company that might change they way they operate, or just down size in general?

Update on Eligibility of Government Level 7?
Back in the middle of February, I was asked to complete the eligibility questionnaire and eligibility summary regarding the government's apprenticeship programme. I was told we would hear back with the results but have so far heard nothing regarding if I am eligible for the Level 7.
