I have nonUK work experience and rejected outright for EY experienced roles. Should I apply for graduate roles instead?

Hi there, thanks for your question. We encourage candidates with a degree level qualification, 3 A Levels (or equivalent) and a GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent) to apply to our graduate programmes.
