Hello, with the recent pandemic and talks in the news about the Uk possibly facing recession

To whom this may concern, I hope you are well , with the recent pandemic and talks in the news about the Uk possibly facing recession. Would there be any possible down sizing that the company might face in the coming future- as mechanism to try and cope. If so, would there be particular consultancy sector within the company that might change they way they operate, or just down size in general?

Hi Renee, I'm good thanks, hope you're good too. Our partners are cutting partner profit 20 per cent in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The heads of our UKI and FS practices have said - partners will do everything possible to navigate through the covid-19 situation with no redundancies amongst its 17,000 UK employees, no people furloughed and no reduction in employee salaries.

We are all changing our way of working to deal with the current situation but are thankfully well set up to work from home and still provide an excellent service to our clients.

Brilliant, thank you Amy. I am very happy to hear on how supportive EY's has been with all its employees during this unprecedented times, i believe this truly illustrates on how invested the company is with its employees. On that note, how accommodating is the company with international students- in regards to providing sponsorships

As long as you have a tier 4 visa until 2021 if you're applying for next year. The cut off if you're applying for this year has happened already.
