Structure of the Assurance Graduate Programme London and chareer choices afterwards
Hi! I'd like to enquire about the structure of the Assurance Graduate Programme in London.
What would graduates be working/training on throughout each year of the programme and how does it all fit around the exams to gain the ICAEW qualification? and is it similar in every office or does it depend on the office location? When are the busier periods?
On the other hand, what are the career choices once qualified? Is it necessary to stick to audit or is it possible to transition to other areas if desired?
Thank you very much in advance.

Will EY sponsor worker visas?
Would I be eligible to apply for a graduate scheme entry level role this upcoming fall if I am not a UK resident? I would like to start my career in the UK but would need a worker visa, as such I'd like to ask if EY sponsors worker visas and if so, if they limit the number of visas they can sponsor every intake.

ACCA qualified and Grad Scheme
I would like to kindly ask a question with regards to being ACCA qualified or ACCA partially qualified, and as a recent graduate. I was given conflicting information from previous Q&As :
"You are still eligible to apply for the graduate programme, Have you completed all exams as part of ACCA? No problem, you're still eligible to apply to the Grad programme and wouldn't need to sit any exams Yes - we sponsor Visas too"
"If you have completed a significant amount (of ACCA), then unfortunately you wont be able to come through the graduate route and would be best placed coming through the Experience Hire route"
So I am just wondering if I am eligible to apply to the graduate role as a soon to be graduate that has my ACCA?
Thank you so much

Do you think it’s worth doing a CISI qualification (currently 50% off) to stand out?
I would love to go into transactions, I’m fascinated by corporate finance in general I’m currently at A*AA in business, economies, Maths respectively, but I’m aware grades are not essential. I’ve started studying the certificate in corporate finance from CISI, do you think this might help stand out from the crowd?

ACA vs ACCA programs
Do you only put grads on the ACA program in London or is it possible to study ACCA instead? Also, will exemptions for ACCA exams translate over to ACA exams?

How was your experience of the summer internship?
I’m interested in what tasks did you undertake? And what specific skills did you develop during the internship? Were you able to make the most of any networking opportunities?

I just have a few questions about the experience day
1) What is the general structure of the day (timeline, tasks, etc)?
2) Any tips or advice? For current grads, how did you personally try to set yourself apart on the day? For the Student Talent Team, what are some common traits of really impressive candidates that you have noticed?
3) Will there be a group case study this year? Or will have they been scrapped due to the virtual nature of this year's assessment?
Thanks so much for hosting this live chat. And sorry for the long-winded questions
