Hi Luca, I was also undecided between an apprenticeship and going to University. I applied to UCAS and kept my options open, however am I so glad I chose the apprenticeship route at EY. The challenge is very dependent on your own team and workload however it will always be manageable and you will have the appropriate help required. You will be given challenging work and scenarios which will help your professional development, but you won't be left in the deep end alone!
