As I joined straight from school, I went from being told what to do every day (by teachers), to managing my own time across multiple different projects. This was a big change, that was made easier by using apps like OneNote to stay on top of my to-do-lists, and scheduling time in my diary to work on different tasks.
You get lots of training when you first join, so if like me you don't have much experience in the role, you will get up-skilled and start to feel comfortable very quickly. There is a great support network in place at EY, so you can always reach out for advice and support from your buddy, counsellor, team, cohort or others!
