Hi Olivia,
As we are quite open in terms of backgrounds of candidates it hard to pinpoint just one skill, but having experience in Data Analysis and Databases will be a positive skill to have on a application.In terms of soft skills we look for - What we look for | EY - UK will list the behaviors and mindsets we look for and it will be these soft skills that we asses students on during the assessment process.
