About Nicholas N.

Main Motivation

I enjoy speaking with candidates about what it's like to work at EY. I love seeing their enthusiasm and providing tips for success during the application process. I also love talking to students who never considered working at a company like EY, emphasizing that we welcome candidates from all backgrounds and degree subjects.

Greatest Achievement
At EY, we strive to provide our interns with a great start and finish to their Summer Internship. One of my main tasks last year was organising the venue for both events, which is no easy feat for 500 attendees. We successfully hosted a spectacular induction event that gave interns a fantastic start to their month at EY, followed by an amazing celebration event that received glowing reviews from the students.

Is it too late to pivot into a grad role at EY?

After studying financial mathematics at university, I went into a data analytics role away from finance to develop my technical skills. I'm now looking to get back into finance, where I could apply my analytical skills and experience. Is it too late to pivot back into finance and transfer my skills?
