    Sorry for the delay in replying,

    This is a very interesting question, i have now worked at EY for 3 years and have really enjoyed my time at EY but came into the business as a experienced hire as i have 10 years experience in industry.

    If i was coming in as a graduate, i would really advise getting involved with one of the EY Networks or sports teams, as it is a fantastic way to network with colleagues and leadership in a informal setting.
