Deep S. asked a question to Rosie M.
I am trying to understand how early-career consultants can add value on day one by adapting quickly to real client needs.
This is a great question! One trend I've seen over the past year is clients expecting AI to be part of every engagement - not just as a strategy discussion, but embedded in day-to-day delivery. To support this, EY offer an extensive range of AI training that they encourage employees to take part in, from learning the basics to building your own AI Agents in Co-Pilot. I'd recommend practicing with some basic AI tools, as well as exploring case studies in areas like change management or transformation programs, to learn how AI creates real business outcomes (instead of being just a buzz-word...)
Feel free to ask any other questions, happy to provide input 😊
Thank you! That is a really helpful point and a great insight. I especially liked the distinction of AI used in a strategy discussion and AI being used in daily deliver because this steered me in an interesting direction. I am going to spend some time working through case studies where AI is actually embedded in delivery and change :)
