Hi Molly, I can't speak to life in other firms but EY is renowned for its industry leading expertise, its extensive reach but most of all its collegiate & vibrant company culture....a real people firm

Hi Molly! Definitely agree with Chibby in that EY focuses around people. From my experience, I've been very much supported since the start of my career from all my team members and it just highlights that EY is people focused not just with our clients but with each other. Also, again cannot speak for others but I think the Diversity and Inclusiveness initiative here at EY is fantastic, really emphasising the people firm!

I echo the comments above, and wanted to share some of my own experiences. As EY focus on their people, they offer lots of opportunities outside of the day job to get involved in communities and meet new people. For example, within two weeks of starting my apprenticeship I had joined the EY Netball team where I met colleagues across service line and built lasting relationships. I'm also part of the EY Women's Network, where I regularly attend events on a range of thought-provoking topics and have signed up to a mentoring progam to support others. On top of this, I've also taken part in lots of fundraising activities, including bake sales and even an abseil inside the office! These experiences have shaped my journey at EY and helped expand my network, while giving back to the community. I really appreciate being part of a company that encourages everyone to support one another and has such a range of opportunities to get involved in. If you have any questions about the opportunities available at EY, feel free to reach out 😊
