Hi, thanks for asking a great question! I would say I really enjoy the variety of colleagues I have the opportunity to work with in projects whose different experiences and career journeys I always learn a lot from - I also know that whenever I am finding a task challenging or have any questions, they're always on hand to help and support me. That allows me to constantly develop and progress both professionally but also personally.
The diverse range of clients keeps my job interesting too as every project is unique and I get to apply skills in various ways whilst also learning more about the household-name businesses that we all know.
Following on from Hania, I agree the best thing about working at EY is the people 😊 As a Global organsiation, I am able to meet and interact with individuals across different regions and countries, giving me the opportunity to learn from the experience of others from around the world. I have also built some great connections outside of working hours, through experiences like the EY Netball Club and EY Women's Network, helping expand both my professional and personal network.

Another highlight, especially for Consulting, is getting to work on a diverse range of projects and clients. Each project presents unique challenges and opportunities, allowing me to apply my skills in different contexts and make a meaningful impact. I had the opportunity to specialise in technology and innovation, and with how quickly the market is advancing, I find it incredibly rewarding to help our clients find new ways of working. If there are specific questions on what it's like to work at EY or Consulting, feel free to ask!
