Shalom A. asked a question to Rosie M.
Hey Rosie Hope you're well ? I'm applying for the People Consulting Graduate Programme and would appreciate any advice and help you can give me before applying. It's always been my dream to work with the EY company and I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Hi Shalom - great to hear you would like to be part of People Consulting. In this role, you would get to work with a variety of teams, as well as clients across sector, so the ability to make authentic connections with others is key. Skills in problem solving and adaptability are also beneficial, as you will need to respond quickly to changing circumstances and client needs. I would recommend having good examples of where you have demonstrated these skills before, to help showcase why you would be a good fit for this role.
It sounds like you've already researched what it's like to work at EY, which is a great way to show your enthusiasm and help assess whether EY is a good fit for your and your personal goals. I would also recommend looking into market trends that are having a direct impact on our clients, as this shows you are already focused on how you can help solve client problems and is a great conversation starter when meeting people in the business. Hope that helps, best of luck with the application process!
