My biggest challenge in the past three months has been transitioning to a new project, where I have limited knowledge and experience compared to the rest of the team. Initially this was very daunting, but everyone has been very welcoming and helped contribute to my upskilling process. I've been able to lean on the transferable skills I acquired during my apprenticeship and previous roles, as well as my ability to adapt to new situations. Although it has been a challenge to upskill myself quickly, I'm excited to start contributing in this role and work with some great people.
