Muhammed A. asked a question to Rosie M.
Hi Muhammed - great question! Looking back, I would tell myself to not be afraid of getting things wrong. Failing shouldn't be something to fear, but embraced as a valuable part of the learning process. I've learnt over the years that often the quicker you fail, the more you take from the experience and the faster you progress (especially when supported by those around you). Although it seems scary to take on new opportunities, I'm really proud that I embraced all the challenges that have come my way and I think my resilience and willingness to try new things are key attributes that have supported both my personal and professional growth. Hope that helps, happy to answer any other questions 😊
