Aman K. asked a question to Rosie M.
Hi Aman - I didn't have any previous experience with Big 4 firms either before joining EY. This is by no means a barrier, as you will have lots of experience in other areas that you can reference throughout the application process. For example, I spoke about being the captain of my netball team, which showcased my leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Think about specific instances where you've navigated challenges or facilitated discussions in your life, as these examples will help strengthen your application and highlight your transferable skills.
Additionally, research the specific area of EY that interests you, as understanding market trends and current news in that sector will demonstrate your curiosity and commitment. Networking with industry professionals can also provide valuable insights and connections. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!
Thank you, Rosie.
That very assuring.
