I would be grateful if you could share some insight into: - The skills and qualities EY typically looks for in candidates for these areas. - The assessment format involved in the recruitment process for these roles particularly whether it includes any technical interviews or problem-solving tests.

The majority of our roles don't have a prerequisite degree requirement, so we look at candidates from all degree disciplines.
For a role in Cyber and Technology Consulting - it's about being able to demonstrate a real interest and passion for technology, this could include completing courses and attending workshops/conferences.
We also look for candidates that ideally have some skills and experience in SQL, Python, R, VBA, SPSS or Minitab + experience with Databases, Data analysis and reporting. this could come from independent learning or skills gained on your degree.
