I really enjoy EY as a company but I am not sure tax is 100% for me. I think I am more interested in operations/finance etc. If I received a return offer should I accept it as a foot in the door of EY / is there a way to pivot away from tax/audit etc?
Hello
If you were to be given a return offer, this would be for the team and service line that you completed your Internship with. if you are looking to change graduate roles within EY, you unfortunately would need re-apply and complete the assessment process again.
EY is open to people moving across service lines once in EY and passed the graduate programme, for example we have staff in the early careers team that started at EY in Audit and Tax.
