Bethan G. asked a question to Rosie M.
Hi Bethan - great question! This was me when I first applied too. I'd recommend starting with research into the different areas of finance, to find out what interests you most. During my application process, I also kept a close eye on news stories and market trends, which helped show my curiosity in the space and made for great conversation starters.
Although it can seem daunting, as part of the apprenticeship program you will receive lots of training and have a great support network in place to ask questions. You are not expected to know everything when you join, so don't feel like you have to do lots of sessions before you start. You are already doing the right thing by reaching out! Feel free to ask any other questions, happy to help 😊
Thank you so much for your response, Rosie!
