Esther W. asked a question to Rosie M.
Hi Esther - great to see you're already thinking about how you can apply your studies to a role at EY! As Human Resource Management gives you a strong foundation for roles that involve people, consulting would be a great fit. Understanding people, organisational behaviour and change is invaluable when designing solutions and managing stakeholder engagement, and you likely already have lots of transferable skills. However, in my experience what you study does not need to map directly to a role, as you will receive lots of training and support when you join. For example, I studied Maths, English and History at A-Level and went into a technology role based in People Consulting! Therefore, I would recommend researching the different roles on the EY careers site to see what excites you most. Hope that helps, feel free to ask any other questions 😊
