    Great question! As part of our purpose to Build a Better Working World, EY are focused on creating an environment where all EY people are valued and feel they belong. There are 7 DE&I Networks and 33 diverse Communities, which are open to everyone at EY (I am part of a couple of communities, which I really enjoy taking part in).

    We also have the EY Neurodiversity Community, where you can connect and learn from the experience of others, as well as access resources to support you as a neurodiverse individual. You will also receive great support from your colleagues, managers and counsellor, who will be there to help you navigate day-to-day challenges.
