    Hi Toheeb - entirely up to you! The Discover programs are a great way to find out more about EY and how we work, as well as network with leaders and see if EY is the right fit for you. However, they are not a requirement to applying, for example I didn't have any experience at a consulting firm before joining EY. If you are interested in a Discover program then go for it, otherwise you can apply straight to the placement.
