Hi Eadaoin, hope you are well! It certainly requires self discipline to balance both work and studying for the professional exam (while trying to also have a healthy social life!). The fact you will be joining with a cohort who are going through the same thing as you will be encouraging and motivating! it really comes down to time management and being aware of deadlines and prioritizing what needs done. You will be given paid study leave also.

I'm not 100% sure, the business usually decide on that! When you start with us you will be allocated a buddy and they will be fab to ask what they did regarding balancing work with studying. a lot of feedback we get from the grads is that it actually isn't as tough as you would think, it's very manageable
