Would it be a okay if we have some booked holidays in December?

Because I remember reading that we should avoid booking holidays in the first few months. But what if you booked them before your offer?

Hi Abeera, this shouldn't be a problem I would just advised you to let your manager know when you have joined :)

The only time booked holiday might be an issue is if it coincides with days you should be in college, as it's quite hard to catch up on missed work. Just let people know as soon as possible.

I would advise to either wait to book annual leave until you join, or if it's already been booked you should reach out to your recruiter who can pick it up with the team you're joining to see if it can be pre-approved :)
