Would I eligible for a graduate role if I'd require Tier 2 sponsorship from outside the UK? Thank you!
I am a recent graduate having completed my bachelors and masters from UK universities. However, I am back in my home country India after my Tier 4 expired. Would I be at a disadvantage or ineligible for application if I'd require a Tier 2 sponsorship from outside the UK? I'd be looking to apply for 2021 graduate roles in Strategy & Transactions. Thanks for you help!

Hi there, thanks for your question. If you require Tier 2 sponsorship, only some graduate programmes in certain locations can support all the conditions set out by the Home Office Code of Practice. They are:
Any graduate programme in Assurance, Consulting and Tax (other than Belfast)
People Advisory Services – Mobility & Reward programme in Manchester, London, Leeds and Reading
People Advisory Services – Performance, Systems & Talent programme in Edinburgh, Manchester, London and Bristol
Strategy and Transactions programme in London, Birmingham, Reading and Bristol
