Hello! I am joining the Assurance graduate team in London in September, and I had a question regarding working remotely abroad. I have a friend who started their graduate scheme in 2023 and she said there was a perk of being able to work remotely from her home country for some time every year. Is this correct?
It depends on the country, we do have a remote working policy. It's usually 20 working days but you will need to discuss this with your manager and sent for further approval.
Sounds good! Kind of specific but would it have to be home country (i.e. passport) or does residency count?
And thank you!
I believe you would need to have existing working rights in the country you are wishing to work in
Perfect! Thank you
