Please list the benefits for doing this programme. For example KPMG promotes you to AM if you successfully complete the programme.
Hi Jamil! I hope you are well
Are you referring to the graduate programme?
Tax, the one you get into after A levels.
Do you mean the tax business apprenticeship?
Yes, I think it is that one.
With the programme you would study with ICAS/ICAEW over the 5 years, it's not a degree as such but is a professional qualification and you would be a CA at the end.
What does CA stand for? And is it possible to study abroad during the programme period?
If you join on the graduate scheme you get the same qualification at the end of 3 years so it's just slightly more spread out with business apprenticeship. CA stands for Chartered accountant :)
Will we have a secured future in the company, or will we need to apply for a position?
Yes that's the idea - as long as you pass all exams and perform well throughout, then normally there is a position at the end. You do not need to reapply.
Okay, and when will the potential salary be told to us? We need to know that to be able to decide between uni and the programme?
There are guidelines on the website but starting salary will vary depending on location. You wouldn't know officially until you got an offer letter.
Okay, thank you!
