Will the other consulting graduate roles be available for 2026 Intake?

I've noticed that some consulting graduate roles for the 2026 intake have opened, but only for Actuarial Consulting Graduate role. Could you kindly confirm if EY is planning to hire for the other Consulting graduate role for the 2026 intake, e.g. business, risk and people consulting? Thank you.

Hi Jen, thank you for the update. I’ve notice that most consulting roles are opened. However, Risk Consulting - Innovation is still closed, does EY plan to hire graduate for this position? Thank you.

Hi Selina, thanks for your patience. If you're referring to the Risk Consulting – Risk Innovation Graduate Programme role, this programme is open for applications in Manchester. I'd recommend applying sooner rather than later.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Jen,

Thank you for the update. I tried to submit my application, but it shows that I’m not eligible because the role does not sponsor visas. However, the information on the website states that visa sponsorship is available for candidates who qualify under the “new entrant” rate. I’m confident that I meet the criteria for the new entrant category.

It seems that the system automatically marks applicants as ineligible once the “require visa sponsorship” option is selected. I’m unsure whether this is due to a technical issue or an inconsistency in the website information.

Could you please look into this issue or check with the relevant team to see if it can be resolved?

Thank you very much for your help.
