Will EY allow int. students(2024 grad prog) on the reserve list to defer their start month/year if there is no vacancy?

Hello, currently we cannot confirm how the reserve list will be utilised beyond the 2024 intake until the current 2024 cohort have started in their roles. This is regardless of whether a candidate is international or not. We will let our reserve candidates who have been unsuccessful in gaining a place for 2024 know of any options once they become available.

Hi, if you are still interested in pursuing a career with us, you can apply again to EY for the 2025 intake. You will need to re-complete the application form, online assessments, and screening for eligibility in full as these are changing for the 2025 intake. However, once you have passed our screening process you can reach out to us again and we will explore whether we are able to reduce the remainder of the assessment process.
We cannot guarantee anything and will need to review at the time.
