I frequently interact with my project team(s) to check each other's availability (as all of my seniors are on multiple projects and some of us are still studying towards our qualifications), delegate work ahead of our deadlines, and discuss goals for the quarter. We always help each other out when problems arise and update the team on our progress.
I am also involved in a couple of side of desk (extra-curricular) projects so often interact with these teams too.
I'm very lucky to have seniors who are dedicated to my learning and development so we regularly have catch ups so they can answer my questions and teach me different actuarial/financial concepts that I may be struggling with.
