Hi Celia, all of our graduate programmes require a final interview. Depending on the service line that you apply to, you may complete your final interview as part of your in-person EY Experience Day (assessment center), or if you join a virtual EY Experience Day, you will complete an additional virtual interview after the assessment center. The service lines that currently complete in person final interviews are Assurance, Tax - this is across Graduate roles and Industrial Placements. If you are completing a virtual EY Experience Day, you will be informed about the interview once you have been updated on your outcome from the day.

Yes, all Graduate and Industrial Placement roles have final interviews. Both EY Experience Days and final interviews take place frequently throughout the year - once you have successful completed the EY One assessment you will have the opportunity to book onto an assessment centre.
