Hi Thomas - within London Assurance it is split between ICAS and ICAEW, so you will be allocated to one of these (you do not have a choice), and will be notified closer to your start date.

Hi Kate, can I ask for Southampton Audit, which qualification will we be studying?

The reason I am asking is because I want to find out about the structure of the scheme. Is college done in blocks at a time (meaning college and work is split), or do you study/revise whilst also working on-the-job

Mun Yin - you will be told what qualification you will be studying towards within two months of your start date.

Thomas - you are correct that the study schedule will be different for ICAS or ICAEW. So you'll find out more about your schedule at the time that your qualification is confirmed.

Hi Thomas - we'll be launching a specific podcast episode on "Training as an apprentice" which includes for graduates and apprentices. Our apprentice talk about their exams and working at the same time. Subscribe to our podcast series at https://eyukcareers.podbean.com/ to find out more - it's going live next week.

Ok thanks - in general, is study separate from work, or are we expected to juggle both simultaneously ?

Hi Thomas - sometimes there's blocked time for college and exams so our apprentices and graduates put their out of offices on, and sometimes you'll need to revise out of working hours. It depends on the college schedules and exam timetables
