Where is the life assurance form located?
Hello. Recently I obtained an offer from EY. The next steps involved completing a joiner form, alongside submitting documents related to national insurance et cetera. As part of these documents, there was an optional life assurance form submission area. After looking around my account area, the offer management portal and my emails, I couldn't find this form. Is this something I don't need to worry about at this stage, or have I missed some information?
