    Hi Daniel. We have a hot-desk approach and flexible working spaces. This is great for networking and speaking to people from different teams and levels.

    Thanks for the reply, Mandy. Do more senior employees (managers, partners, etc) have desks/offices?

    Hi Daniel - in the EY Canary Wharf office there are no individual offices! Each floor is laid out with lots of meeting and conference rooms that you can book. Partners and some senior managers/directors have assigned desks, everyone else can sit where they like!
