For a Technology Consulting Grad Programme, when assessing students how much falls down to technical ability, and how much falls down to soft skills, fit with EY and interest in technology? I am super passionate about tech, and I want to combine it with consulting. I am in the process now of learning 'hardcore' coding and technical abilities, but I have the soft skills and interest and desire to learn on my side. So I would like to know more about the profile of your typical successful tech consultant grad.
