This is a great question! It is very much person specific. What we find is with all corporate roles, there is a lot to learn about the role, the expectations and type of work, tends to be the common trend. We provide each new joiner a buddy and a counsellor in order to help you acclimatise. The only additional advice we would give is to upskill on AI wherever possible.
