What do most candidates do wrong to fail at this stage?
Hi Ollie
From a recruitment perspective I would really advise you to again look at what strengths you feel you have shown throughout the recruitment process but also identify what you feel your areas of development are
Have a think about what you have enjoyed about the process and reason why you feel EY is going to be the right place for you. What can you bring to the table?
Once you have been told who it is you are meeting with, have a look at that person on LinkedIn as it shows you have done your research and gives you a talking point too
Make sure you feel like you have done enough research on the website in the service line you are looking to join so you can confidently talk about why you are keen to start a career in this area
Lastly just be yourself! Don't be afraid to show your personality and also to have a couple of questions for your interviewer too
Hi Ollie - for final interview for recommend you really prepare research for the service line, programme and location you've applied for to show your knowledge of EY and why you'd make an impact. But it's a real opportunity for you to be yourself and show the team your strengths.
