I got a lot of feedback throughout my first few months or someone would show me how they fixed something - I would remember that the person had fixed it but not how! I would say make notes! They don't have to be super detailed but enough to remind you of some advice or troubleshooting tips

Heya! I think one of the key technical skills for me that I would work on was my excel shortcuts and formulas. There is quite a lot of work we do on excel, so learning the shortcuts and being able to navigate faster would have definitely cut down a lot of time when I was carrying out my tasks! :)

Definitely agree with this! Learning even a couple of keyboard shortcuts when you repeatedly are clicking the same buttons or even working out how to create macros will help 😀
