Hi Sarah - I would say the biggest challenge is deciding what project/ type of work you want to do as there are many options and you get lots of choice on the kinds of projects you do. But this does mean you have many options and can have varied experiences

Thank you Lydia. I have applied for the graduate scheme int his area, I completed stage 3 last week and currently waiting for my outcome. This sounds great it is good to get a variation of projects to gain more thorough experience I suppose.

That's great that you applied. Yes project variation is really good and you can express your preference for projects you want to go on

Do you get support / guidance in helping make the right choice - information to be able to make an informed decision?

So prior to joining you get sent information on the different areas. And then you get assigned a 'Buddy' before you join who is a first year grad who will give you advice. And then when you start people in the company will help you and give you info on the different projects
