What will the first week as a graduate at EY look like?

My first week started on a Thursday and there was a (virtual) induction Thursday and Friday for all graduates starting at the same time. The induction involved learning about EY, some sessions with speakers and then sessions with your service line. From the next week onwards I was in college.

Hi Phillipos, when I joined as a graduate last September our first week consisted on training & induction. We had a UK wide graduate induction for two days for all of the graduates across all offices and programmes. As a risk graduate we also had risk specific training for three days

I started in September though and there were other grads who started earlier so it may have been different then.
