Hi Ancilla, when you join at EY you will receive a buddy and a counsellor. Your buddy will be on hand for day to day questions and your counsellor is there to support your professional development as well as any work issues/personal issues you may be having. Dependent on what programme you join you will receive full training on exactly what to do, for our student programmes we don't expect you to have any prior experience and you will learn everything on the job. If you want to know more about specific daily job routine you would be best to ask a insider who specialises in the area you want to apply for.
