Hi Emma, I found that the process was quite competitive in the sense that a lot of other students
apply, however the assessment process and EY Experience Day is there to measure your strengths, not measure against your peers. It is also a good way to be able to show off your skills to the assessors! It is all about ensuring you prepare as best as you can before the assessment centre and the interview stage.
