You are allocated a counsellor from day 1 who is there to guide you with your career

Also allocated a buddy who's in the year above you so it's a bit more informal because counsellors are managers/assistant managers

I feel supported to constantly grow and develop. Visiting the Office is a great way to interact with others in different service lines. We also receive timely feedback from people we work with to grow and develop

On the graduate/apprenticeship scheme you tend to progress roles after yearly. So you are constantly given new opportunities and more responsibility. And as Emily and Rebecca said you will have lots of support all throughout!
