I most appreciate how caring and helpful my colleagues are. You would be surprised to know how much your entire team wants you to grow personally and not just professionally. It feels like a family where every member takes care of the other. Not just your professional needs but your mental wellbeing and emotional needs are also taken into account. People are open to discussing things and explaining things over and over if you don't understand. Overall just the willingness from their end to help you grow is the value I appreciate the most!

I would call out my colleagues support to me along my work at EY. I feel truly supported by my colleagues within the team and beyond. This kind of support extends from project work to my career growth as well. I feel that both my professional needs and career aspiration are treated with care and respect. Colleagues of all rank are welcome to me, and I am motivated to share my view and my questions with them. Overall the true sense of a supportive community is the key inspiration that I appreciated most!
