Hi Taabish, having just been through the application process I would say have a understanding of what assurance does so you can give a description of what you think the day to day job would be. Apart from that I would strongly suggest doing research on EYs key values, especially 'building a better working world'. My key tip would just be yourself on the day.
Is this for the final interview?
My experience this year was slightly different as it was all online so it was just a 1-1 interview for the final stage. However I would say in my experience as long as you gain a decent understanding of what Assurance do and EYs values you should be able to answer most questions to a really good standard. I've also been in other final interviews in person which included a task but it revolved around team-working more than prior knowledge.
