Hi Phoenix and thanks for your question. This was definitely something that I asked before I started the job too!
First and foremost, I would say make an effort to come into the office. Sometimes it can feel very easy to work from your home comforts, but coming into the office on a regular basis is very beneficial - you can socialize with your peers, get to know familiar faces and it makes it a lot easier to ask questions if your team members are also working from the office. Also, there are various clubs and events that go on at EY and I would definitely recommend joining and attending these as it is a great way to get to know people outside of an office setting. Finally, I would say come to work every day with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn - if you want to learn new skills and exceed it will make it a whole lot easier!
