    Hi Emujin, we recruit based on strengths so it's a good idea to start having a think about yours. We have a quiz on the website which will suggest an area that might be a good fit for you based on what you enjoy. When you've decided where you'd like to apply, I would then suggest having a look at the relevant page on the website so you can get some commercial awareness of the area you're looking to join
