My daughter is in year 9 and thinks she was to study law she is doing well in her GCSE subject but she’s not very sure of career pathway , how can I help her navigate her career journey?
Hello, thank you for your question - as your daughter is in year 9, the main focus should be prioritising GCSE choices and grades, and potentially speaking to a careers advisor at her school/education provider if that's a possibility that they provide. If your daughter has already spoken of an interest in EY, then that's wonderful, and a careers advisor at the school may be able to help direct study interest or focus, and help support her towards her A Level/college choices. We don't expect our Business Apprentice candidates to come with a wealth of experience, and simply displaying an interest in learning, personal development, and an awareness of strengths/weaknesses at this early stage can be massively helpful to knowing about herself and what her interests from her career will be.
