    Hi Areeba, people who are good at collaboration, working with new people and teams, client service skills, keen attention to detail and who don't mind travel always do well in assurance

    Hi Helen, do EY offer the intensive Grad Scheme Assurance year where all exams are taken in the first year and then work for the following 2 years? I have heard it is increasingly more difficult to time manage work and studies when you are working on client projects

    Hi Andrea, it depends on the office and qualification that you do. With ICAS it is possible to do all your exams immediately but with ACA it isn't. We give you time off to attend college and to study while your exams are going on so that you aren't spending all your time on client projects at the same time. Passing exams is the number one priority :)
