I applied for the internship in 2019 and then got offered a place on the graduate scheme after that so I am not sure how much has changed since then (mine was in person not done virtually). But more generally during the partner interview you will be asked why you have chosen this particular service line, why that office location and why EY. You may also discuss relevant questions to any pre-work you're asked to prepare. My advice would be to just be yourself, answer the questions as honestly as possible and do as much research beforehand so you feel comfortably prepared on the day.
